A place where art meets becoming

Curare Studio is an arts and wellbeing practice that grew from the intersection of care, creativity and lived experience.

Curare Studio creates creative, relational spaces where people can navigate change, reconnect with themselves and discover new possibilities for living.

Led by curator and programme designer Pamela Abela, Curare Studio develops individual workshops, art programs and long-term, culture-based initiatives in collaboration with other professionals across healthcare, community and work contexts.

Each programme is shaped in response to real human experience and needs.

Art & cultural programs bring together:

Creative practices using various art forms

Collaborative delivery from art and health practitioners

Research and evaluation

Ethical, participant-centred design
